Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For select international orders,
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs fees are determined by your country based on factors such as the item value, shipping cost, product category, and local regulations. We do not have control over how these fees are assessed.
- If customs fees are not paid and the package is refused, returned, or abandoned, the order will not be eligible for a refund, as shipping and return costs are non-recoverable.
Tracking & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs clearance processes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Natural events, holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted.
All items are made to order based on customer specifications. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
- This option may only be applicable if it is the shop's error.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for lost, extensive delays, or damaged packages.
If your package arrives damaged, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can help you in filing a report with the courier.
- Any resolutions are subject to the courier’s investigation and policies.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels, or failed delivery attempts may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment request.
