Payment Method
What payment methods are accepted?
🇵🇭 Local Payments:
- We accept payments via major credit/debit card, GCash, Maya, Billease, and QRPH upon checkout.
🌎 International Payments:
- For international orders, we accept Visa/Mastercard payments.
- Paypal payments are currently on hold.
We ensure secure, encrypted payment processing for all transactions.
All transactions are processed in PHP or Philippine Peso currrency.
- Please note that your bank may charge currency conversion or international processing fees. These are set by your bank or payment provider and are not controlled by our shop.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Production will only begin once this reflects on our end as well.
If payment issues occur, customers must resolve them within the provided timeframe to avoid cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds are only granted under eligible circumstances, such as:
- Payment duplication
- Out-of-stock items
- Production issues that prevent order fulfillment
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Please note that transaction or transfer fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted due to material allocation and customization work already in progress.
