Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the Philippines. π΅π
Shop currency is PHP - Philippine Peso
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally, including to the United States and select other countries.
How long does shipping take?
π΅π For Local Shipments:
- J&T Express
Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
Luzon: 3-5 business days
Visayas: 3-7 business days
Mindanao: 5-10 business days
- Grab, Lalamove, or Angkas Padala: Same Day Delivery
π For International Shipments:
- United States: DHL Express deliveries typically arrive within 3β5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.
- Other countries: 45 business days or more.
Return & Exchange?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not permitted.
All items are made to order based on customer specifications. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
- This option may only be applicable if it is the shop's error.
Lost or Damaged?
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for lost, extensive delays, or damaged packages.
If your package arrives damaged, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can help you in filing a report with the courier.
Any resolutions are subject to the courierβs investigation and policies.
International Custom Duties & Taxes
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Customs fees are determined by your country based on factors such as the item value, shipping cost, product category, and local regulations. We do not have control over how these fees are assessed.
- If customs fees are not paid and the package is refused, returned, or abandoned, the order will not be eligible for a refund, as shipping and return costs are non-recoverable.
Same Day Delivery or Pick-Up
- Do you accept same day delivery?
Yes, we offer Same Day Shipments through Lalamove, Angkas, or Grab within Metro Manila.
Shipping cut-off time: on or before 6 PM
- Can I personally pick-up my order?
This can be coordinated depending on the day. Please send us a message for pick-up option to check availability.
Pick-up cut-off time: on or before 3 PM

What payment methods are accepted?

- For international orders, we accept credit/debit cards.
We ensure secure, encrypted payment processing for all transactions.

- Please note that your bank may charge currency conversion or international processing fees. These are set by your bank or payment provider and are not controlled by our shop.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Production will only begin once this reflects on our end as well.

How long does production take?
Production times vary by item, but customized orders are prepared within 10-20 business days before shipping.
Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.
If you need the order by a certain date, please feel free to reach out and we'll discuss our options!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Please be 100% sure before placing an order as these are customized made-to-order products and are uniquely made for you.
Large quantity order? (15 pieces & more)
For orders of 15 items or more, we kindly ask that you send us a message before placing your order. This allows us to coordinate properly, ensure sufficient stock, confirm production timelines, and provide any special instructions for your order.
Large orders may also require additional handling or production time, so contacting us in advance helps us make sure your order is fulfilled smoothly and to the highest standard.
